Garage Heater

House

Found a sweet deal on an electric garage space heater from newegg.com and decided to buy it. The unit was 220v @ 20amp so it needed a new plug installed. After a trip to lowes to get a plug, faceplate and housing I used left over conduit and wire from my water heater installation.

Started with a hole in sheet rock to get through the wall and drill a hole up to the attic.

Drilled another hole through the sheet rock where the plug would be installed.

Pulled the wire through the holes and attic to get the hardware and new plug installed.

Next was wiring into the breaker panel and hanging the heater and then I had heat in the garage.
